Return Eligibility

  • Standard items: Return within 14 days of delivery
  • Outlet items: Return within 7 days of delivery
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
    • Footwear requires original boxes with unworn soles
    • Earrings/pierced jewelry and tights are non-returnable (hygiene reasons)
    • Sets must be returned complete
    • Avoid makeup, tanning products, or perfume stains

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized products (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return

  1. Visit our Returns Centre
  2. Enter your email and order number
  3. Select items for return and submit the request
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions

Return Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers cover return shipping costs
  • UK returns via Royal Mail: £4.95
  • ROI returns via AnPost: €4.95

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 2–10 business days for bank processing after approval
  • Gift card payments are refunded to the original card (replacements unavailable)

Promotions

  • “Buy X Get Y” deals: Returning item X charges item Y at full price
  • Discount codes: Refunds reflect proportional discounts

International Returns

  • Customers bear all customs fees
  • Parcels with unpaid customs charges will be returned to sender

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Contact us immediately after placement for cancellation requests.
