Return Eligibility
- Standard items: Return within 14 days of delivery
- Outlet items: Return within 7 days of delivery
- Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Footwear requires original boxes with unworn soles
- Earrings/pierced jewelry and tights are non-returnable (hygiene reasons)
- Sets must be returned complete
- Avoid makeup, tanning products, or perfume stains

- Personalized products (unless faulty)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return
- Visit our Returns Centre
- Enter your email and order number
- Select items for return and submit the request
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
Return Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers cover return shipping costs
- UK returns via Royal Mail: £4.95
- ROI returns via AnPost: €4.95
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 2–10 business days for bank processing after approval
- Gift card payments are refunded to the original card (replacements unavailable)
Promotions
- “Buy X Get Y” deals: Returning item X charges item Y at full price
- Discount codes: Refunds reflect proportional discounts
International Returns
- Customers bear all customs fees
- Parcels with unpaid customs charges will be returned to sender
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Contact us immediately after placement for cancellation requests.
